What our
customers say...... |
"The
Bikelug trailer was exactly what I needed. Being in the Navy, I have
moved 8 times in the past 6 years and since I acquired a Honda VTX1300
while I was in Michigan, I needed a flexible and economical way to
transport it without having to buy a large bulky trailer or
having to rent one each time. After researching my options for
countless hours and posting questions on forums to no avail, I decided
to go for the bikelug. I purchased a bikelug trailer in December and moved to Florida in mid-January 2008.
I loaded the bike in freezing temperatures with my wifes assistance and
although the bike weighs nearly 700 pounds, we didn't encounter any
complications. I pulled the trailer with our 2002 Honda Odyssey with
ease through a blizzard in the early morning hours when we left
Michigan and through rain it seems the majority of the drive. The
trailer handled extremely well the entire drive and was unnoticeable
for the most part due to the trailers light weight. We traveled through
the Smokey Mts down I-26 as we cut from I-75 over to I-95 and it
handled well through the mountains also.
To be
completely honest, I had my reservations about the product due to a
lack of external reviews but after talking to John at Bikelug and
having purchased and traveled 1200 miles with my 700 pound bike, I
highly recommend bikelug to anyone who needs an efficient and
economical trailer!"

I've
used this trailer for various length trips from Denver-Michigan and
back to local trips. It comes in handy when we go to Arizona or the
Coast at Christmas, because riding from here isn't much fun in the
middle of winter and many places don't allow trailer parking. No
problem; get there, unload the bike, take the trailer apart and throw
it in the back of the truck. Trailer, what trailer?
I think I love it the most when my truck has to go to the shop. Take
the bike up behind the truck, disappear the trailer and ride home.
Reverse the process when the truck is done. A great idea and a great
product. Thanks.
